VMware Fusion provides full support for Airport wireless networking, including virtual machines behind a NAT firewall and bridged to the local Airport network. So I turned down the VM, and removed the original adapter in the VM settings. Networking options are: bridged, NAT, and host-only. Since troubleshooting tools are limited on VMware Fusion, compared to a full vSphere environment, I decided to just try some standard tricks out.
